Down This Morning, a song about one face of execution

Down This Morning:All the others have been leaving-as she turns to me and says-I'm glad you came to see me-when I know you need to rest--There's no one else who loves me-who will come to see my face-Theres some who feel above me-and theres some who are afraid--C:They're gonna take me down this morning-and put me down to rest-At least I'll have a warning-I can give it all my best--I killed a man when I was angry-He treated me like a fool-They're killing me to change things-and some of them think that's cool--V:All the times that I've been sorry-are a thousand days and nights-With my last final heartbeat-I'll wish I was the one who died--I loved him more than my own life-and I never would believe-I could have gone that crazy-I hope death will bring relief--C:--Copyright1997Delbert W. Clericalspecialist,

That is truly pathetic. I read your profile before commenting and your favorite book is the Bible? Perhaps you need to reread the section in Matthew 7 that says "Judge not lest you be judged." Jesus was all about forgiveness and we as Christians are supposed to reflect Him in every area of our lives....including being forgiving. He forgave you...therefore you are to forgive.

You don't know what happened in that house. You don't know unless you had walked a mile in Mary's shoes.

I pray that you would open your heart to the forgiveness that He has offered you...and not be so quick to judge your brothers and sisters in Him.
